What we collect

To run your account we store your email address, display name, and your activity — rips opened, cards won, buybacks, and orders. To fulfill orders and shipping we also store the shipping addresses you provide and a record of your deposits, store credit, and orders.

Payments

Card payments are processed by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number — Stripe handles card data directly. We receive confirmation of a payment and limited details (such as the amount and a payment identifier) needed to credit your balance and support your account.

Shipping

When you redeem cards for delivery, we share the shipping address and parcel details you provide with our shipping provider and the carrier solely to label and deliver your order, and to give you tracking.

How we use it

We use this data to operate your account, process deposits and rips, fulfill and ship orders, handle buyback and store credit, sync your vault across devices, and send account and order emails (verification, password reset, shipping updates) and — only if you opt in — other notifications.

Diagnostics

We collect anonymous performance and crash diagnostics so we can keep the app fast and stable. These are not tied to your identity beyond what is needed to debug issues.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

Your choices

You can turn off notifications any time in Settings. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at [email protected]; we retain records we are legally required to keep (for example, transaction and tax records).

Age

Rip It is intended for adults 18 and older and is not directed to children.
