What Rip It is

Rip It sells real physical trading cards through pack "rips." Adding funds and ripping are paid transactions. Every rip awards you a real physical card; the odds and each tier's value range are published before you rip. Rip It is a retail purchase of collectibles, not a wager — you always receive a real card.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and located in the United States (or another region where we offer Rip It) to add funds or rip. We may verify eligibility and decline or reverse transactions that do not meet these requirements.

Rips, odds & fulfillment

Published odds always sum to 100%, and every rip yields a real card drawn from real inventory. Cards you win are held in your vault. You may redeem cards for shipment to your address for the shipping fee shown at checkout; we fulfill orders through standard carriers and provide tracking.

Buyback & store credit

You may sell an eligible card back to Rip It at the published buyback rate. Buyback proceeds are paid as store credit, which is redeemable for merchandise and shipping within Rip It only and cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred.

Deposits & refunds

Funds you add are your balance and are spent only on rips and shipping. Opened rips and completed buybacks are final. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

Acceptable use

Be decent. No harassment, scams, cheating, exploiting bugs, or abusive behavior. Violations may lead to a mute, timeout, or ban and may forfeit access at our discretion. You can report content you believe breaks these rules from within the app.

Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login secure. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or threaten the integrity of the service.

Intellectual property

Rip It resells authentic third-party trading cards and is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK, or The Pokémon Company International. Card data and imagery are provided by pokemontcg.io; all trademarks belong to their respective owners.

No warranty; limitation of liability

Except for the physical cards we deliver, the service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms as Rip It evolves; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
