Refund & Cancellation Policy

Rips are final once opened
A rip reveals your card immediately and awards you a real physical item, so an opened rip is not refundable. If a rip fails to deliver — you were charged but no card was awarded — contact us and we will make it right.
Deposits & store credit
Funds you add to your balance are used only to rip. Store credit earned from selling a card back is redeemable for merchandise and shipping within Rip It and is not withdrawable as cash. Unused deposited funds can be refunded to your original payment method on request, less any amount already spent on rips.
Buyback is final
Selling a card back to Rip It is instant and final at the published buyback rate, paid as store credit. Once you sell a card back it returns to our inventory and the sale cannot be reversed except to correct a clear error.
Shipping & redemption
When you redeem cards, the shipping fee shown at checkout is charged from your balance and the order is queued for fulfillment. Once an order ships it is subject to carrier delivery times. If a shipment is lost or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and photos and we will resolve it.
Sales tax
Where required, applicable sales tax is calculated and shown before you pay. Tax is remitted to the relevant authority and is not refundable except as part of a refunded transaction.
Payments & the App Store
Deposits are processed by our payment processor (Stripe). Any subscription billed through the App Store is managed and cancelled in your Apple account settings and refunded through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com; we cannot issue App Store refunds directly.
Chargebacks & disputes
Please contact us first — most problems are resolved quickly. We investigate every disputed or unauthorized charge and will refund charges we cannot substantiate.
